- Jan 15, 2020-

Spirulina products come in many forms. Spirulina powder can be mixed with fruit and vegetable sauces, and tablets and capsules are easy to access at any time.

Spirulina powder is a uniform black-green or blue-green, 100% pure powder without mottled particles, can be added to many dishes to increase its protein and vitamin content. Spirulina powder is good for soups, breads, salads, etc. You can dye food with dark green if you don't consume much powder. Like many natural foods, spirulina heats up its rich nutrients, so it should be heated as little as possible when making food.

The easiest way to enjoy spirulina powder is to add it to your favorite fruit and vegetable juice in a food blender. The amount can be gradually adjusted from small to large. Many regular eaters eat 10 grams of spirulina powder each time they drink a beverage.

A few useful suggestions:

① Do not put the wet spoon into the spirulina powder bottle, or directly pour a spoonful of spirulina powder into the liquid, and add it slowly while stirring to avoid condensation.

② Dried spirulina powder will absorb moisture. After use, tighten the bottle cap tightly.

③ It is not necessary to put it in the refrigerator, but it should be placed in a cool, dry and dark place.

Spirulina powder may not be convenient to eat directly, because spirulina has a certain fishy smell, and powdered spirulina is not easy to swallow.

It is recommended that you mix spirulina powder with warm water, of course, if you use honey to taste more, or add spirulina powder to porridge;

It is best to put a spoonful of spirulina powder in the cup, then add 15-20 ml of honey, or add 100 ml of honey water and stir well. Remember not to use high-temperature water more than 45 degrees.
